1- Refund or exchange valid till 30 days since the purchase date if the purchased item is in a good condition, with the original invoice and package.
2- Software updates is not refundable.
3- Warranty terms is valid only on manufacturing defects.
1- The device received after initial inspection. if any problems caused by liquids inside or any non-original parts, Switch Plus has the right to reject the repair and not responsible for any more damage occurred.
2- Customer must deactivate Activation Lock (iCloud/Find My iPhone) from iOS units before delivering to service.
3- Customer have to backup data, remove all personal information and disable all security passwords .
4- Company will not be responsible for any data loss or data recovery and any user Account ( E-mails, Face book ,..ect. ) during the repairing period.
5- Operating Systems Restoration is not covered by warranty.
6- The Repair duration and service is closely linked with Apple, replacement or repair or change parts, according to the Apple policy .
7- Company will not responsible for items left for over 90 days after being informed of the status of your item.
8- The receipt and original ID which recorded in receipt must be provided in order to pick up item.
9- If you don’t accept the repair ,The diagnostic fees will be 300 EGP.
